Now they’ve been burnt out and they won’t come back. I doubt their insurance will cover all their losses, I’m not an expert on that but for sure Homey has shot himself and his ‘’community’’ on this- again.
Insurance will cover most of it. At least for the large companies. And the good news is that they can quit hemmoraghing cash on an unprofitable location. And the local “community” such as it is can live with the burned out rubble.
