After Donald Trump got called out last night during the Fox News debate for his Trump University Better Business Bureau rating — which was a “D-“ — he got rather defensive and argued that it was much higher.
In fact, during a commercial, he handed the moderators a fax to prove his point.

Well, don’t forget, the “brilliant” Canadian lawyer Ted Cruz said Trump must be guilty of cheating on his taxes because he’s being audited. Cruzers don’t care - like their fearless leader, they’ll grasp onto anything to try and destroy Trump.

It’s not a hard question. Did it, or did it not fail? Is it still here or not? Yes or no? Si or no si? Yea or nay?
Did they show the rating on Rubio and Cruz’s businesses?
Or more likely going thru contortions to explain how she could be right if you take in all her considerations
Or all the lawsuits they have on their 100's of business interests?
Seems like there should be some sort of conflict of interest when Fox News can moderate a debate with hostile questions and actually have moderators debate the candidates while the network accepts huge payoffs to run anti Trump ads every 10 minutes.

We were on about you trolling treads and when you mentioned Trump doing it I asked you an easy question. Why did you ring Trump into this when he does not troll these threads and you then suddenly change the subject.
Another perfect example of trolling and never adding anything worth while to a conversation or a thread.
Why do you troll? Is it because it gives you some excitement, maybe you are retired and stuck at home bored.
I don’t know , but the fact you are a troll and refuse ot add anything of substance is speaking volumes about your character, integrity, and lack of a life.
I think Trump should call them out on it. I also think he needs to come up with some new lines. He could have gone after Rubio with a couple of issues but never did. He needs some new, more effective attack material
By your standard, Trump can't criticize the Senate performance of Cruz or Rubio because he's never been a senator.

They try to aggressively hard sell business, especially small business to become “members”, memberships that are meaningless and then try to upsell them for placks and signs other items and additional listings.
But in some cases when complaints, sometimes numerous and some very serious complaints of fraud are filed, but if a business is a member, it doesn’t impact their rating at all, or in cases where the business isn’t a member, when even one single complaint is filed with the BBB, despite the BBB’s claims that they inform all business, members or not and give them the opportunity to resolve the dispute, if the business not a member (or even in some cases where they are), they are never informed even over one single complaint and then they suddenly go from an A rating to an F rating without ever knowing why.
I’ve had to field calls from the hard sell BBB call centers at various companies were I’ve worked and hung up on them just like the toner scammers and boiler room stock brokers or the calls I’d get to “buy” a listing in the vanity and equally completely meaningless “Who’s Who Of Important Business Leaders”.
Years ago I worked as an office manager/bookkeeper at a company were I had to screen business credit applications and one of the questions on the pre-printed app we used was “What is your BBB rating?” Just about everyone came back with an A rating but it was meaningless as to their credit worthiness and I ignored it and eventually whited it out on our credit apps.

“ALBANY, N.Y. — A New York court on Tuesday refused to throw out a fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump over his former school for real estate investors.
The Appellate Division unanimously rejected Trump’s request to dismiss the 2013 suit, ruling that a six-year statute of limitations applies.

Schneiderman, a Democrat, sued Trump and the school, which changed its name to the Trump Entrepreneur Initiative before it closed in 2010, for $40 million. The lawsuit seeks restitution and damages for more than 5,000 students nationwide, including 600 New Yorkers, who paid up to $35,000 each.
“Today’s decision means our entire fraud case can move forward,” Schneiderman said. “We look forward to demonstrating in a court of law that Donald Trump and his sham for-profit college defrauded more than 5,000 consumers out of millions of dollars.””
This is not the Trump University (technically) that is being discussed in the debate, and is the target of multiple class-action suits, and s NY suit by the NY attorney general.
This school is his reorganized version. So, it has a clean slate.

So you read the entire deposition? You’ve reviewed all the facts in the case? You’ve reviewed all the evidence in detail? Wow! You are a regular Clarence Darrow....
Or did you just read another hit piece article written by the drive by media and it fit the narrative you want to believe?
I suspect the latter....
I also suspect that since the NY State Attorney reviewed the base materiel facts and refused to pursue criminal charges for fraud, it is not as you so passionately want to believe......
