There customer service is so well known that I have heard that other fast food places talk about it is one to emulate.

I like to tell this story on Chick Fil A threads.

Drive thru - just ordered a chicken biscuit - my card was declined. I didn’t know why at the time and was totally embarrassed. Before I could get out of my mouth..let me find another card...the girl said that’s okay. It’s on us.

This proceeded to embarrass me because I felt like a deadbeat drifter. I told her I could find another card to give her but she said that was okay. I thanked her and that store now has a loyal customer.

I’ve never had a problem with them. I eat there often for breakfast. I’d have lunch there too but the lines are too long.

Their customer service is so good because they are very selective about who they hire....

There’s one a couple miles down the road from my new job. I go there at least once every other week. The customer service is outstanding. They will ask for your first name and refer to you as that until you are served.

Great food, great service and they are fast.

It’s the only fast food place I’ll deal with anymore.

It is true. All three of my daughters got their first job in high school at Chick-fil-A. The first two, who started together, got checked out thoroughly and they even called references. Daughter #3 was hired by virtue of being the younger sister of daughters #1 and #2.

When they looked for their first job in college, the Chick-fil-A experience got them hired on the spot. My youngest didn't even have to go in for an interview. They did it with a phone call and gave her a start date based on the experience.
