Doubt that any man can do that. Gov. bureaucracy is corrupt by its design and nature.
Unlike the business world, where corruption is almost always eventually exposed, caught, and dealt with, in gov. there is no punishment for wrongdoing - unless it becomes totally public.
And usually it stays hidden.
Trump is not a conserative nor a liberal. He is a populist on the side of the people. He will appoint what we consider conservative judges to the Supreme Court and lower courts. That does not mean they are conservative, it means they belive in the Constitution as written. There is not much difference between a populist and a conservative.
