No judge anywhere can do anything against a presidential pardon. There is no constitutional limit on presidential pardon power except for Congress to exercise the impeachment process to remove a president from office. Let’s hope that never becomes an issue in the Trump-Pence years!
2 terms for Trump, 2 terms for Pence (unless we can come up with someone better than Pence in the meantime)
