My recollection was he said he MIGHT have had help somewhere during the process, not necessarily during the actual shooting. And even if he had help, that doesn't mean the shooter was a patsy, a stooge, a victim, a government agent, a member of antifa, or was using guns obtained from Fast & Furious.
