Border Report ^ | Dec 10, 2020 | Sandra Sanchez

A South Texas Congressman has gotten several lawmakers to sign off on a letter asking President-elect Joe Biden to rescind border wall contracts and other aspects with the controversial 730-mile project started by the Trump administration, Border Report has learned.

U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, on Wednesday sent Biden a letter asking that the new administration rescind the national emergency declaration and reprogrammed funding; direct the Department of Justice to dismiss all condemnation suits; terminate for convenience all current and pending Army Corps of Engineer contracts; and rescind Homeland Security waiver authority relating to the construction of new border barriers.

This set of recommendations, if adopted, would stop all work on the wall.

It seems like a pretty complete list.

Biden will sign anything put before him, and there will be absolutely no accountability.

An eye for an eye: We need a congressman to get several lawmakers to sign off on a letter asking President Trump to hang all traitors by the neck until dead.

Not nearly as simple as it sounds. Very expensive to implement. Probably cheaper to just let the contracts complete. Termination for convenience allows the contractors to sue the government for all sorts of expenses and the courts are normally on the side of the contractors. (I speak from experience.)

Burning money is a Demonrat badge of honor, they have no issue with that.

Take that wall building money and give it, give it all to the children. (Sob, sob....)/S

On the old kids show which I saw one time only, Max Headroom, William Shatner conversed with the imaginary host cartoon guy and said “Take the money from the military budget and give it all to education.” (Canned huge applause from audience.)
Funny thing was, no class was financed by money from the US Dept. of Education budget. They never educated a child, just planned and pushed policy matters around in a bureaucracy. Local millages and tax revenues finance local school districts.

I agree that it is wiser to allow the existing contracts to complete, but Government CO’s could issue immediate stop work orders and Terminate for Convenience (if ordered), regardless of the cost effectiveness.

Termination costs would likely be less than 10% of the cost of the unfinished work, on average.

Tick... Tock...

No big or small surprise about that...

The communist's one-two punch to assure permanency:
1. Shut down the Trump wall allowing another hundred million vermin into the country on a fast-track citizenship program...
2. Fast-track citizenship for the 35-to-45 million illegal migrant scum already here...

Is it possible to have lawsuits to force the construction on the construction of the wall to proceed? All we need to do is to find one federal judge.

The tide will be coming in and the US will be submerged by millions of needy, permanently dependent Marxist Democrat voters. We must prevail and stop the fraudulent or it will be generations, if ever for the US to rise again. If we cannot prevail through the courts, there will have to be consideration of other options including separating the country. This is going to be a disaster.
