Maricopa County deleted entire databases prior to turning over election equipment to the AZ Senate for the forensic audit now occurring. The Senate President Karen Fann today sent a letter to the County Election’s Board for an explanation. The letter can be seen on the tab below.

Former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne asked the following questions on his Telegram channel:
Maricopa County purposefully deleted a directory full of election databases related to the past 2020 election cycle --10 days before the election equipment was delivered to the @arizonaaudit. This is destruction of evidence and at least, contempt.Why did security seals arrive cut and why were they placed at the bottom of the boxes? Why were security ballot bags not used by the County?
Is this the Counties customary practice for storing ballots?
AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich needs to get involved immediately. What is Maricopa County hiding?

The AZ Senate letter demanded ...
We have recently discovered that the entire "Database" directory from the D drive of the machine "EMSPrimary" has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, "Results Tally and Reporting," is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?
This sure makes the Maricopa County, AZ Board of Elections look guilty doesn’t it?

The legal term for this is called spoliation, and should be an automatic win for Trump.
Spoliation means that in a court of law if one person deletes evidence it can be assumed that it contained information detrimental to their side.

WHAT this means is that we got caught with our pants down cheating, and this is what you do when you cheat and get caught, you delete the evidence that will put your sorry @$$ in the Maricopa County Jail!!! I bet they hate it that Sheriff Joe retired now.
Time to send some Democrats to jail for an extended period of time either for crimes, contempt of court or both.
I would like to see a judge sentence some of the election board folks to jail until they turn over the password. If they can’t turn it over, then keep them in jail until they can state who has the password and then let them out only if that person gives the password.
As to destroying public records there are laws and fines that can be imposed for the destruction of public property. Information is property.

There is no way that five different major Dem cities stopped counting votes at about 11 PM, said they weren’t going to count during the night and then miraculously came up with so many Biden votes during that time that Biden won those cities and thus the whole election without coordination. There had to be communication among people in order to do something that never been done before. It is not a conspiracy theory It is an actual conspiracy.

The DOJ, the FBI, the Supreme Court: They are all guilty of treason by refusing to investigate or do anything about rampant and obvious voter fraud.
They should have immediately confiscated equipment to protect the evidence, which is what they do to republicans or us little people.
Imagine what all the other cheating counties are doing at this time. Plenty of time to erase and erase again.
