I listened in 1990 while commuting to my first job out of college. I enjoyed a few afternoon stories here and there, but quickly realized “All Things Considered”, really meant “We’ll Tell You What Consider”, and it was always pro-Democrat, anti-Republican.
To this day though there was still a study I remember them talking about - how the more TV people watched, the bigger they thought the average house was.
Liberals don’t know how good they have it with NPR etc. They get their echo chamber served up to them commercial free and with lavish production values. We conservatives have to sit through seven minutes of commercials for every twenty minutes of content since our outlets don’t have tax dollars helping to pay their way.
My leftist professor ripped it good (but still gave me a good grade).
Funny thing is, I was a part time on air employee of my local public radio station.
