New Hampshire Poll: Donald Trump Maintains 37-Point Lead over Ron DeSantis

Former President Donald Trump holds a commanding 37-point lead over his primary challengers among New Hampshire Republicans, the latest American Pulse survey found.

When New Hampshire Republicans were asked who they support in 2024, nearly half, 47.5 percent, responded with Trump. Trump’s next closest challenger was Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who polled at 10.5 percent. DeSantis is statistically tied with Chris Christie, who polled at ten percent.

NEW HAMPSHIRE 2024: Trump holds 37-point lead for Republican Nomination

Trump — 48% (+37)
DeSantis — 11%
Christie — 10%
Scott — 7%
Ramaswamy — 5%
Pence — 5%
Haley — 3%
Burgum — 3%

In fourth place was Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), who donors are reportedly eyeing instead of DeSantis, at 6.9 percent. Vivek Ramaswamy followed at 5.3 percent, while former Vice President Mike Pence came in sixth place at 4.8 percent. Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum were tied at 3.3 percent.

“Our polling data shows that Tim Scott, although not as well known as Trump, receives almost the same percentage of votes in a head-to-head matchup with Biden,” said lead pollster Dustin Olson noted. “What’s different is that support for Biden drops in a head-to-head matchup with Scott.”

New Hampshire will be the second state to hold a GOP primary election.

A leaked DeSantis campaign memo revealed his strategy to focus on early primary states like Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina to quell donors’ fears about his lack of movement in the polls.

Yawn, still eight months to the primary. Remind me of this poll then.

So at least 10% of Desanctimonius’ support were hard code never Trumpers and have moved to Christie. The other 10 should move to Trump now before we inadvertently get Christie as the nominee.

Explain to me what Trump gets half of the Pub support, but has virtually no supporters on the MSM (including on Fox) and no supporters with conservative bloggers on places like Hot Air?

And who, other than Tucker Carlson, is questioning the war?

“Who are the people supporting Christie”

The same clueless NW Rino’s who would support McTraitor if he was still alive.

“ Who are the people supporting Christie and Scott over Ramaswamy ?”

To answer my own question these are the neverTrumping social liberals of the NE. They see Ramaswamy as an extension of Trump and Sanctus as too homophobic. That leaves Scott and the fat f***. Most of Vivek’s supporters are locked into Trump (myself included) and see Vivek as their #2 choice. That’s why he is registering at only 5%.

Yep. NH is full McTraitorites. McTraitor beat Bush in the 2000 NH primaries.

There’s no path to the GOP nomination for DeSantis.
I do thank him for burning through GOP consultant and donor cash though

Keep in mind NH has an open Primary. An Undeclared registered voter can go in on the day of the Primary and ask for either a Republican or Democrat ballot. Then after voting, switch back to undeclared.

This is why John McCain and Romney won the NH Primary.

I didn’t think Trump was going to get the nomination. All along, the past year or so, I had myself convinced that someone else would emerge.

But now I’m starting to teeter on that. I think the way our country structures the primary process lends itself yet again to nominating Trump. And then I think we’ll get Joe again, if he’s still standing among us.

No path? You need to open your eyes just a wee bit.

Trump could drop out, people could weary of his BS, etc. It is eight long months to the first caucuses and primaries. He's setting himself up to lose Iowa, today he leads in New Hampshire. Nevada will be a toss up. Again, eight months.

Trump’s supporters aren’t going to abandon him.
And Trump isn’t going to drop out. He’s not a quitter.
The only way DeSantis gets the GOP nomination is if Trump endorses him, or passes away.

I think Cornel West and RFK jr. will be the one-two punch that puts Pedo Joe on the ropes. President Trump will knock him out, and thereby get the 2nd term he won in 2020.

If Trump were to drop out, I’ll be really curious to see if he were to offer an endorsement or just walk away and blame everyone.

So you think RFK runs as an independent? I saw today that Manchin might do that. Apparently his Senate seat is up and he sees polling that tells him the Rep. challenger is likely to take it away from him.

These third party bids ala Nader/Perot might be what moves the election one way or another.

>> So you think RFK runs as an independent?

No, my guess is that RFK stays ‘rat and barely loses the nomination to Biden, but in the primary process beats the ever loving crap out of Pedo Joe, further making Pedo Joe damaged goods in the eyes of the electorate.

If RFK *does* run 3rd party, that’ll be icing on the cake!
