In the bizarre case of sorority sisters from the University of Wyoming suing to block a trans woman, Artemis Langford, from joining Kappa Kappa Gamma, the legal authority punted on telling a universal truth. Judge Alan Johnson tossed the suit, saying the sorority doesn’t explicitly define a woman, so he won’t step into the morass.

So then, if I post a sign on the door of my business saying: “No Women Allowed”, legally I am fine, as long as I don’t try to define “women”. Right?
It’s not a cop out, there’s a reason.
I would bet that there are plenty on this forum who very easily could come up with the proper definition as well as specification for a woman as designed by nature.
So, I can take my Australian Shepherd anywhere that posts a “no dogs allowed”sign since they don’t define what a dog is.
That’s because the decrepit and satanic Women’s Movement has brought women to the place they don’t know who the hell they are. And it sure shows.
In the day hizzoner would simply take judicial notice of the definition of woman. They are effing cowards.

“Justice” Ketanji Jackson should have been asked, “As a mother, can you define “woman”?
It’s not a cop out it’s plain stupidity and shows how far education has fallen in the last 30 years or so.
Anyone who can’t define a woman is a mentally retarded asswipe who should be in an insane asylum along with every man who thinks he’s a woman and vice versa.
It’s a F’n disease called liberalism. The cure is annihilation or a lifetime of being institutionalized.
The first is far more cost effective.
They put us in a position in which we are not supposed to talk about physical characteristics, or chromosomes, or hormones, or any other such indicators, to define male and female.
Even a Supreme Court Justice cannot define what a woman is.
If we can’t talk about penis and vagina, can’t talk about chromosomes, can’t talk about hormones associated with each biological sex, and can’t even say that there is such a concept as biological sex, how can the liberals who dictate the terms of the discussion define anything?
Personally I’m sick of seeing dogs in every F’n restaurant or brewery I go to. A REAL service dog I understand but enough is enough.

In this particular case, I disagree.
The judge simply dismissed the case because he said it isn't up to a Federal court to render any decision on the membership rules for a private organization like a sorority. He basically said a "woman" is whatever the hell the leaders of this sorority say it is. Good for the judge.
Cases like this actually do great harm to womens' credibility in the long run ... because any mature adult should be able to deal with this nonsense without resorting to a lawsuit. If you don't like the people your sorority admits, then get out and join another one instead. Good grief -- are people so 'effing fragile that they can't cope with the kind of crap a bunch of young children in a treehouse club could fix themselves?

The case depends on the definition of a woman.
If the judge wants to pretend he does not know what a woman is, he should recuse himself.
