Primers are $100 for 1000, powder is $70 a lb. Component costs are astronomical these days
I can get 1000 rds of good 9mm range ammo for $289, free shipping. Much cheaper than reloading. Still get good bulk deals on ammo for the AKs too, plenty of that around.
There are still deals out there. I don’t reload 9mm. I got a good 1000 round deal for hollowpoint at Freedom Munitions. Try cost on .375 H&H Magnum. It’s around $8 per round at the stores. &mag is pretty expensive as well.
My main focus on reloading was for accuracy at first. Now it’s accuracy and cost per round.
