Yes, Kennedy is already in the race. But actually getting on individual state ballots as an independent candidate is something of a labor-intensive feat in most, if not all, states. The "two-party system" is jealously (and zealously) protected by those who benefit from that system.
They will find a way to disqualify RFK Jr. from the ballot. That’s what Pennsylvania Democrat machinery did to the Green Party in 2020.
