The White House confirmed President Joe Biden did not take a cognitive test during his annual physical on Wednesday, and insisted he 'doesn't need' one.
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre brushed aside concerns the 81-year-old is not fit for a second term and touted his record.
'Given that there’s been so much scrutiny ... why not just have his doctor administer the test,' a reporter asked after Biden went to Walter Reed for his annual health check-up.

In a way, Biden showed some mental acuity by refusing the test - which he would have failed miserably.
She does, just like every other younger woman in the U.S. One of the most distracting/annoying changes in our culture, along with the vocal fry. I find it impossible to listen to, or to take those who’ve adopted these habits seriously.

In 2018 President Trump was given the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) under Dr. Ronny Jackson, the former White House physician, and at the time had scored a perfect 30 out of 30.
Joe SHOULD take one, as a matter of public perception. He really needs to take one, because a great many of Americans, not just Trump supporters, are in fact questioning. Unless he cannot pass. What is the White House afraid of?
