The entire continent of Africa also comes to mind. Come to think of it.... is there one hell-hole on earth that has been and still is built and run by whiteys (white European descendants) that has not been run and ruined by leftists? I can’t think of one. Venezuela comes to mind, but those ‘whiteys’ went commie, so..... seems to me that Guterres should be blaming all Leftists, instead of all whiteys.
