This follows the nazi playbook - one of the first actions taken by the brownshirts was to cancel all the Jewish entertainers (at the same time as they expelled them from universities).
I fully expect a Kristallnacht sometime before the election that will see hundreds of conservative podcasters/journalists/politicians/activists murdered in a single night.
