'Muslim terrorists are in our midst': Florida imam calls for annihilation of all Jews

Jews, who are 'tyrannical' and the 'brothers of apes and pigs' should be annihilated (...part of first paragraph deleted by my stupid browser) cording to a Florida Islamic cleric, wing “worse than the Nazis.”

During a sermon at the North Miami Islamic Center in Florida in late April, Imam Di called for Allah to support “our oppressed brot well as for the total annihilation of Jews, whom he referred to as “apes and pigs” — a phrase that radical Islamists have historically used to describe Jews.

“Oh Allah, annihilate the tyrannical Jews… for they are no match for You,” he said. “Oh Allah, annihilate the brothers of apes and pigs… [and] cut off their seed.”

A clip of the sermon, which was originally streamed live on the mosque’s Facebook page and later published by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), garnered nearly 80,000 views as of Monday afternoon.

In it, the North Miami imam can also be seen accusing the Israeli army of being “worse than Nazis,” attributing wild and baseless allegations of soldiers stealing Palestinian skin and other organs.

Not a few screen names around here pretty much agree with the Muzzie, they’re just smart enough not to shoot off their mouths. Lotta talk in “conservative” circles these days about things controlled by da Jooos.

You can say that again. Anger against American liberal Jews I can understand, but why they take it out on the Israelis is beyond me.

The satanic spectre of Replacement Theology is having a resurgence.

Unfortunately, "replacement theology" is the original position of all of historical chrstianity until recently. It is chrstian Zionism that is the innovation. It probably comes from rejecting all the chrstians of history as "baptized heathens" and thus having to go back to the Hebrew Bible to find one's "co-religionists."

I get it. Catholicism and the Greek Orthodox buy into it; it's a very old and egregious error, not anything they got from an unbiased reading of the Gospels or the Apostles.

If you take all of your learned theology you heard from extra-biblical sources, stick it in a mental shoebox in a corner of your brain, and do a "cold read" of Romans 9-11, you will not arrive at Replacement Theology; it's not what Paul was teaching.

A lengthy footnote in the New English Translation touches on the matter thus:

Romans 9:1 sn Rom 9:1-11:36. These three chapters are among the most difficult and disputed in Paul’s Letter to the Romans. One area of difficulty is the relationship between Israel and the church, especially concerning the nature and extent of Israel’s election. Many different models have been constructed to express this relationship. For a representative survey, see M. Barth, The People of God (JSNTSup), 22-27. The literary genre of these three chapters has been frequently identified as a diatribe, a philosophical discussion or conversation evolved by the Cynic and Stoic schools of philosophy as a means of popularizing their ideas (E. Käsemann, Romans, 261 and 267). But other recent scholars have challenged the idea that Rom 9-11 is characterized by diatribe. Scholars like R. Scroggs and E. E. Paul is emphatic about the Jews in Romans 9:4 and 5, where he declares, "To them [the Israelites] belong the adoption as sons, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the temple worship, and the promises. To them belong the patriarchs, and from them, by human descent, came the Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever!"

He clarifies further in chapter 11:1 and 2, "So I ask, God has not rejected his people, has he? Absolutely not! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew!" Paul bolsters the Israelite condition yet more in verse 11, " I ask then, they did not stumble into an irrevocable fall, did they? Absolutely not!"

The Apostle forcefully rejects the notion that Israel -- the Jewish people -- stand in a rejected condition; that they have been replaced. He instead describes a "partial hardening" which the Prophets have also described. He writes in Romans 11:25-29:

For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: A partial hardening has happened to Israel [speaking still about the Jews] until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:

“The Deliverer will come out of Zion; he will remove ungodliness from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”

In regard to the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but in regard to election they are dearly loved for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.

This irrevocability ties back to Paul's declaration of the Jews' heritage in Romans 9:4-5, which I cited, above. There is ZERO sense in which anything given to Israel has been stripped from them. They are "hardened" but only in part; not rejected, and certainly not replaced, for the grafting of Christians INTO "The Olive Tree" in Messiah, DOES NOT prescribe the permanent removal of Jews from that same Olive Tree, for they are to be grafted in, again, when they believe, whether soon or later.

The history and future of the Temple Mount, itself, stand as something of a parallel to all of this, for it seems in the present hour that the site is rejected, but the Prophets say, "No." If you want an in-depth exposition, there is a six-part series that begins here.
