Virginia and Minnesota are in play, Trump pollster John McLaughlin, CEO and partner of McLaughlin & Associates, said during a Tuesday appearance on Breitbart News Daily.
McLaughlin said that Trump seems to be ahead in the national popular vote, explaining some of the data.
“There’s eligible voters — probably 100 million — who don’t vote. They had a record turnout last time, 160 million. That was up from 139 million in 2016,” he said, explaining that Trump is also ahead in battleground states. The Trump campaign, he continued, released top line numbers for polls taken in Minnesota and Virginia, showing something extraordinary.
“Minnesota, we had Trump at 40 percent, Biden at 40 percent, Kennedy at nine, and Virginia was Biden 40, Trump 37, Kennedy eight, so Virginia and Minnesota are in play,” he said, also citing an Emerson College Poll analyzing New Jersey. That survey showed Trump within five points. That poll, he added, was taken before Trump’s massive rally in the Garden State, which attracted roughly 100,000 people.
“They had Biden 44 and Trump at 39 … that was a state we lost by 16 points. And now we go back to April and you look in New York State, the Siena Poll, they had us within ten points. We’ve lost 61 to 38 in 2020, and now within ten … Something’s going on where we know that the court case and political persecution of Donald Trump is backfiring,” he added.

I have heard other pollsters talk about Minnesota. The change in the state flag may be the straw that broke the camels back. Trump may win MN and the GOP may take over the legislature. If they pass the reverse the flag decision and the Gov vetoes, there may be an impeachment. HHH was a Dem from there but he was pro America and would be offended by that foolishness
Trump has no choice but to campaign in New York, but a loss by 5 in New York is the same as a loss by 25.
I was curious if New Jersey was in play. Maybe, but other states may have a better shot, depending on the demographics and which are more likely to swing.
Virginia is winnable only if you can keep the Northern Virginia vote fraud below 250,000 ballots.
The NoVa jurisdictions of Fairfax, Arlington, and Alexandria are solid democrat enclaves where thousands of illegal aliens, green card immigrants, and the dead, moved, and college transients have been dutifully registered knowing that the democrat elected officials and electoral boards won’t do a thing to stop them.
NoVa is the Philadelphia/Chicago/Atlanta/New York of Virginia. With the wealthiest counties in America and the highest tech East Silicon Valley resources, it’s still manages to be the last ones reporting election results, once it knows how many ballots it needs to overcome the downstate conservative margins.
Trump needs at least a 300,000 vote downstate margin to beat the NoVa fraud.
