Donald Trump has demanded Joe Biden take a drug test before the pair face off against one another in next month's debate.
Speaking at the GOP´s annual Lincoln Reagan dinner event on Friday night in St. Paul, Minnesota, Trump suggested the resident had been on drugs when he delivered the State of the Union address in March.

Trump said during the State of the Union, the president's demeanor caught him by surprise.
'I said, 'Is that Joe up there?''
Trump said that that Biden 'was exhausted' by the end of the one-hour-and-seven-minute-long address.
'We're gonna demand a drug test,' Trump said again. 'He's going to be so jacked up for those, you watch.'
'I just wanna debate this guy, but you know – and I'm gonna demand a drug test too, by the way,' Trump said to cheers.

I’ve been under general anesthesia 3 times in the last 3 years. For cognizant awareness they have asked my middle name, date of birth, day of week, mother’s maiden name, etc. Never asked to draw an analog clock, which sure I could have drawn. Probably would have drawn an analog round clock with military numbers starting at 12 zero thirty, ending with 2300.
I don’t know off hand this minute but I’ll bet you what he’s using is cutting edge stuff. Problem is that they don’t seem to be a permanent fix and the effectiveness wanes after continued us so his secret doctors are always having to tune them during his many vacations.

There is no need for Trump to debate Biden, period. The one who NEEDS it is Biden and that’s using every dirty trick and underhanded move he can muster.
Before a recent doctor visit, I had to fill out some forms. At the end they asked if I felt safe at home. Am I afraid of running out of food? Does anyone hit me at home? Does anyone yell at me?
I answered YES to that last question. I said my wife yells at me.
When we were at the doctor’s office they came up with some reason to see me alone. They asked if my wife yells at me. I said, “Yes. She yells at me every single day.”

Still it is protocol in many institutions even after a month. I bet your friend had a test prior to the surgery also.
