It gives those, who were forced to choose between their education and Constitutional rights a basis for a lawsuit.
My wife was fired from Hamilton College because of her refusal to take the vax. There were many others in that situation but noting will be done to rectify the injustice, many more died or were injured. I for one, am glad that she did not get the jab!
