Why isn’t this Judge being removed and investigated? He is clearly being paid off because no judge should be acting as a member of the prosecution! You seriously expect such an action in the State of New York?
The persecution of Trump is popular in New York, especially among the politicians in charge.

Can Cohen be charged with this theft? By Bragg?Not likely. DA BRAGG cannot concern himself with such petty stuff. But the fact that Cohen DID steal from Trump will build him some cred with the jury, as Cohen had "stuck it to The Man", which is exactly the same thing the JURY wants to be known for.

The info Costello emailed to Judge Merchan is evidence already provided to Braggs prosecutors . It is Brady information exonerating Trump that Braggs people have concealed
If thats what it is , it proves the fix is in...... Hopefully the jury being non sequesterd saw the Costello interviews and keeps that in mind re this judge not allowing him to provide info.
Question. Does the jury get to know what his rulings are in these sidebars??

If I recall, 60 grand was the amount Cohen believed he was shorted in his Christmas bonus, which was the genesis of his turning on President Trump, although much mushroomed when Cohen found out he wasn’t invited on the ride to the Washington DC Big League. So he probably figured he had the $$ coming.

The Judge’s daughter has raised $100 Million off of this very case.
How could the Judge not let it proceed or throw it out when it’s $100 Million to his daughter.
I would not count on the case being overturned as NY is dirty and they set this up and hand picked Judge Merchan to get Trump.

Yea, so what?
How many times in your life have you trusted someone who turned out to be a flake, or maybe even someone who is evil?
Hindsight is 20/20.
I would add that President Trump was in a unique situation of having to trust people without the benefit of having long-held relationships. Not being a politician, he did not have a lot of experience with the "actors" in that domain.
