President Trump was back in a Manhattan court on Monday in Alvin Bragg’s Soviet-style ‘hush money’ lawfare trial.
The prosecutors earlier Monday rolled out their ‘star witness’ Michael Cohen, a convicted perjurer, to take the witness stand.
Cohen shocked the public when he admitted he stole tens of thousands of dollars from Trump and lied to Trump Org. CFO Allen Weisselberg.
After the prosecution rested their case, Trump’s defense team called attorney Robert Costello to the witness stand.

I think Trump could appeal to the Supreme Court due to the extraordinary nature of the charges, the trial and the obvious fact that THIS is the most obvious election interference in the history of the USA - and almost anywhere else where opposition opponents are not assassinated!
I also wonder if this trial won’t impact how the Supreme Court will rule on the immunity case. There is NO DOUBT that Biden has turned the DOJ into his Praetorian Guard.
The argument would be A) this is an attempt to prevent Trump from running for office and B) no court below the Supreme can put an end to it.

No the NE is not part of the EU. It has a lot more in common with central america or parts of Africa. Even if the jury is hung, the judge can overrule them and convict Trump. That is what he will do, guaranteed.
I want DNA on that “judge” ASAP. I think it will prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he is a kangaroo. That should end this whole charade once and for all.
