We need ANN COULTER to take paula's place.she is bad to the bone.a REAL woman.

She's been talking with CNN folks and I guess they've offered her $2million to join them. I think Fox is also suing her for breaking her contract with them. Never liked her show and rarely watch it. She's too liberal minded for my taste. CNN is getting desperate. They'll try to steal all of Fox's folks. Glad they succeeded with Paula, though. He he!

I really like Ann, but she HAS to get rid of that hippy 60's haircut. Yuck. Get some style, girl!

YES! that's her. I thought she had a familiar face (smile).

Actually, I like Juan Williams. He gave a great talk on why he hates reparations. He won me over...besides, he IS handsome.

There's a simple reason for Ms. Zahn's dismissal: she was talking to CNN while under contract to Fox--a clear violation of her standing agreement with that network. Roger Ailes and his senior executives have made it very clear: Fox talent can't talk to nother networks while under contract to FNC, unless they receive prior permission from management. It's a very standard clause in contracts for on-air talent. By preventing covert negotiations, Fox has a chance to match any offers for its talent, and has a better idea of who's going and who's staying as the network formulates its long-range plans.
Ms. Zahn clearly thought she deserved a "better" slot at FNC, and was clearly bucking for a major pay raise. Afterall, Bill O'Reilly just signed a $20 million dollar deal and Sean Hannity's close to that ballpark, in light of his new radio syndication deal. Trouble is, Paula's show never delivered O'Reilly-style numbers and couldn't maintain the lead-in from Hannity and Colmes.
One more thing: the "leaking" of Zahn's contract talks with CNN was deliberate. If she had waited until her contract with Fox had expired, Zahn would have faced a wait of several months before she appeared on CNN, thanks to the "no compete" clause in her contract. With her dismissal at Fox, Zahn can begin working for CNN much earlier.
Hope Paula enjoys that $2 million a year from CNN. In eight years on CBS, she never produced a spike in that network's morning ratings, and she'll never do it for CNN. Give her three years of lousy ratings, and she'll be out of a job once more.

"As for Linda Vester, she emotes far too much"
Ten bonus points to you for the use of a word,
not part of today's lexicon (and seen in
these parts.) that seems to be
headed to the four letter words, if you go by
todays standards.
Emotes is right on target.</font face="comic sans ms"></font size=2>

I second your nomination of Laura Ingraham, although if she really did date Torricelli I'd be crushed and turned off.I third the nomination for Laura Ingraham, but please tell me it's not so about her and Torricelli--that's a joke, right?
