The only question now is what strategy and tactics to employ to inflict the maximum damage on the enemy and the maximum benefit to the USA. Seizure of the oil and gas fields of any nation that has supported terrorism is a first step. Those nations that harbor or support terrorists had better hand them over in the next 120 hours or face total destruction by whatever means we have at our disposal. those nations that have engaged in terrorism in the past had best hand over all fosil fuel production facilities or face utter destruction. The leadership of those nations that have fastered terrorism should be in our hands within 120 hours from the time of the attack. This will include but not be limited to the leadership of Iraq, Iran, Lybia, Syria, Afganistan, and the Sudan. Nationals of nations other than any of these countries are hereby given notice that they should evacuate these nations immediately. Any diplomats remaining in these nations can not be considered safe not can any embassies.
