It's about time we recognized that
OWNERSHIP IS A CIVIL RIGHT.
and that not carrying a gun is welfare from police social security benefits that costs the states mucho $$ from the taxpayers.

It's not just guns, it's "arms," and that would include swords and knives of all description - including those very cool switchblades from Smith and Wesson that are supposedly for law enforcement personnel only.

Persons who violate their pledge to support the Constitution are fraudulently nationalized and subject to deportation. So why aren't they being deported? Is this pledge meaningless? I think, rather, that it's legally binding.

"Two things are the absolute height of stupidity. One is letting everyone carry a gun all the time. The other is not letting everyone carry a gun some of the time."
And the ultimate height of stupidity is letting left wing 2A-phobes have any influence over who may carry and who may not.

No. The right to keep and bear arms in an unalienable right which preceded the Constitution. It stems from the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as described in the Declaration of Independence.
The Second Amendment merely states that the right to keep and bear arms may not be infringed.
Even if the Second Amendment were "repealed", the right would remain and the government would still have no power to infringe upon it. The fact that it is being infringed every day is the reason that I have withdrawn my consent to be governed.

where can i go to sign this petition. i believe we all have the right to keep and bear arms, without having to ask some public servant's permission

The first thing the Taliban did after taking power as priority number one was to disarm the population. Only the Taliban and the Northern Alliance had guns.
Results: Bandits killing robbing and raping innocent Afghans. Taliban firing squads in midevil type use of soccer stadium with public executions of men, women, and children for something as western as a young girl kissing a man in public or caught trying to flee the country! Or simply walking down the street without a veil on.

1. Guns don't have rights: they're inanimate objects. 2. The right to keep and bear arms is, always has been, and always will be one of our Constitutionally guaranteed civil rights.
3. The federal government is supposed to protect and defend our civil rights.

I will remember to refer to anti-gun organizations as anti-civil rights organizations.
