I was replying to your contention at #52 on illegality, which I felt was a technical red-herring meant to discredit her actions and motivation. In that aspect, I felt you were trying to discredit her and thereby promote an enabling defense. I appreciate your response and went back to read your first post on the thread.

After reading that, and giving the background of it to the context of your later arguements, I must still disagree with the import of the legal aspects of the recordings but certainly take back my criticism of your post as supporting the Past-Perpetrator-in-Chief. You have my apology for a too-hasty flame.....
