14. Andrew Cuomo is the next Governor of New York No way. If McCall stays in the race it will be impossible for Cuomo to mend the fences he has to in order to have a high black turnout (necessary to beat Pataki). It'll play like NYC 2001-- but with a much larger margin for Pataki than Bloomberg, because the state is not as liberal-leaning as NYC.

FWIW, I think they'll find a way to ease McCall out....a high paying corporate position..and he'll drop out for a made up reason.....his wife's health, or his daughter's..remember she was arrested for embezzeling funds..IMHO, it explains Rangel's outburst last week..he knows that McCall is gonna drop out, so he can afford to bloviate....and Cuomo can beat Pataki...in NY....
