A 'Russian RADAR processor' on the isle of Cuber - to do what, POSSIBLY process the data from ONE RADAR site?

This is idiocy ... it would only take ONE ROOM to do this - unless they are using a 1950's era vacuum-tubed computer like the SAGE /IBM-built FSQ-7 computer that REQUIRED an entire complex for support and operation ...
