PEACE OF JERUSALEM SCRIPTURES:

(2 Chronicles 6:6)
Yet I have chosen Jerusalem, that My name may be there, and I have chosen David to be over My people Israel.

(2 Chronicles 7:16)
For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually.

(2 Chronicles 33:7)
He even set a carved image, the idol which he had made, in the house of God, of which God had said to David and to Solomon his son, “In this house and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put My name forever;”

(Psalm 87:3)
Glorious things are spoken of you, O city of God!

(Psalm 122:1-4)
I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the LORD.” Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem! Jerusalem is built as a city that is compact together, where the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, to the testimony of Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD.

(Psalm 122:6-8)
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces. For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, ‘Peace be within you.’”

(Psalm 132:13)
For the LORD has chosen Zion;
He has desired it for His dwelling place:
“This is my resting place for ever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it—”

(Psalm 137:5-6)
If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill! If I do not remember you, let my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth-- if I do not exalt Jerusalem above my chief joy.

(Isaiah 62:6-7)
I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest ‘till He establishes and ‘till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

(Isaiah 65:17-19) Behold, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight and its people a joy. I will rejoice over Jerusalem and take delight in my people; the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more.

(Ezekiel 5:5)
Thus says the LORD GOD: “This is Jerusalem; I have set her in the midst of the nations and the countries all around her.”

(Zechariah 12:3)
On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.”

(Zechariah 14:2)
I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it;

(Zechariah 14:3)
Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights in the day of battle. On that day, His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south.

(Zechariah 14:6-9)
On that day, there will be no light, no cold or frost. It will be a unique day, without daytime or nighttime—a day known to the LORD. When evening comes, there will be light. On that day, living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea, in summer and in winter. The LORD will be king over the whole earth. On that day, there will be one LORD, and His name the only name.

Jeremiah 22:24-30 [As] I live, saith the LORD, though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet upon my right hand, yet would I pluck thee thence;

Jer 22:25 And I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand [of them] whose face thou fearest, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.

Jer 22:26 And I will cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die.

Jer 22:27 But to the land whereunto they desire to return, thither shall they not return.

Jer 22:28 [Is] this man Coniah a despised broken idol? [is he] a vessel wherein [is] no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not?

Jer 22:29 O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.

Jer 22:30 Thus saith the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man [that] shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.

Coniah was in the lineage of Christ. Christ will NOT rule in Jerusalem. Period. Did the Jews deserve a homeland after WW2? Yeah. Are we bound to give them Palestine because they are God's chosen people? Absolutely not. Should we stand by a democratic country? Absolutely.
