I bought that issue to put in my 17 year-old daughter's stocking. She LOVED it! Major young Pubbie we have here. She's going into politics. Got the bug big-time! We're very proud of her.
KEWWWWWWWWWWWWL for you and your family to be so fortunate. We, or I have the same hopes secretly for my 13yr old. He is very interested in the Air Force Academy or the Navy Seals, he thinks that is soooo awesome. We joke that he has done some training for both since he made his middle school football team that started training in early August at 5pm-630pm which is equivelent to HELL WEEK, since we are here in the middle of the famous TEXAS heat.. And now he made the cut for the basketball team, and they practice at 630am monday through friday. And even now during the Christmas break he will have practices 3 times next week at 8am.
One day when he was about 9 or 10 I had him and a friend in the car and the friend was talking and mentioned something about "rush hour" and then he asked my son if he knew what that was and my "little conservative" said "yes, I know what rush hour is, it is the hour rush limbaugh is on the radio". that was awesome. He also has attended some freeps with me and has been very helpful to the cause. Don't hesitate to join in in any freeps with her if you can even if it is a drive away. We have been to Austin and Houston and he gets into it and is loved by all. Congrats on your lovely daughter, you done good.
