What makes you assume there would be a public trial?

Of course it's an "assumption" on my part. As I've said several times It's my "opinion."

A closed trail or closed military trial would not satisfy the average U.S. citizen,
who would be sure of a government whitewash, railroad job, or coverup,
depending on which side of their head they wear their tin foil hat.
Citizens of other countries would be even less accepting of a closed trial.

As I indicated in a prior post, If I'm wrong and OBL surfaces, I'll eat crow.
If we never ever see his ugly raghead again it won't prove I was correct.

Last Sunday (8 days ago) I spoke with a Lt. Col in the Air Force. He says the Public knows very little of what's going on regarding the War. I asked him to elaborate, he said that he was not able to, but that the right people were in place, and were dealing with the problem effectively.

This is one reason I don't follow the "day-to-day" speculation in the media of were Osama is, whether he is alive, etc. They know nothing.
