Glad to hear it. I was worried (but secretly hopefull - I did rather poorly) it was lost.

I am really amazed at the time to deliver difference between mine and M1911's tube (10 days). If the US Postal service wanted to convince me to use private carrier, they just did. What a crap shoot.

I heard the price of a 1st class stamp is going up in June to 36 cents, and I'm still working off a roll of 34 cent stamps bought after the last hike.

We shot (again) this weekend. This time we used your targets. Will ship them out to you Tues.

I’ll just end the suspense of waiting for NY to break the news and tell everyone right now that I had a “negligent discharge” of sorts while shooting the match. I goofed and shot the slow fire .22 target with a 9mm.

This came after a long day at a crowded range. Since we haven’t shot at 25 yards much we were sighting in a .22 and two different 9’s at that range before and while shooting our match targets. This took place while we were also shooting for fun and chatting, eating, etc. I got a little confused at the end of the day and thought I’d already shot .22 for score but still needed the 9. I was wrong. I think I’m technically disqualified, for the .22s at least.

By the way, both our Glock 19s shoot about 3 inches low and left at 25 yards. The High Standard .22 is 3 inches high and right.

I set the 23rd as the postmark deadline. All remaining participants were asked to use Priority/Express mail (UPS / FedEx works too).

I have received one tube since scoring the targets. I will score anything received by 4/27 and post scores shortly thereafter.
