I wonder if he aspirated it,,if so he needs to have bronchoscopy to see if it is in his lung. This just terrified me,,he could have died, people die from this all the time. You don't lose consciousness from aspirating unless it is serious. Just choking isn't enough.

If that pretzel succeeded the markets would have lost 2000 points on Monday. What a horrible blow to American prestige it would have been. American President chokes to death on a pretzel. I bet he doesn't get to watch any more TV alone.

I may be wrong, and I hope I am, but I'm sure that they said that he hasn't been well for a few days. They said that not being well, a low heart rate and the pretzel is what did it. I hope I heard wrong and I hope that he recovers quick.

Go back and read the second news report. He is more prone to fainting because he has a low heart rate due to his jogging and apparently the pretzel triggered it by pressing on a nerve. I am certain they would check him out for aspiration.
