"In a Congressional inquiry John Magaw claimed, "In the past decade, ATF agents have served over 10,000 search warrants. Not one of them has led to any finding of Constitutional violations by an employee acting outside the scope or his or her authority."
During the aftermath of the April 19, 1995

"The Constitution poses no threat to our form of government..."

And ya know what.....it wouldn't make a dimes' worth of difference if they had!!

Recall the murdering of a lot of folks at Waco? Even when their own guy is telling them to call it off? The two Special Agents in Charge were apparently terminated; appealed; and following employee guidelines, they were reinstated, and a letter of reprimand went in their file folder.

Oh, yeah, and they were assigned to jobs where they can't carry a gun!!

Look to the FBI for what happens with fedgov workers...Larry Potts ring a bell? The FBI's so corrupt that they had to invent a seminar so a bunch of agents could attend a retirement dinner party for him and get the taxpayer to pay for it!

This Magaw KNOWS all the rotten s**t that goes on; they are sticking him in this position so he can set it up from scratch just the way they want it.

I wouldn't trust Bush to appoint a dog catcher--dumsumbeach would pick a Forest Ranger who's only interested in 'endangered species'!!!
