Are you sure about #6? I'd use C6H12O6 instead.
I don't have a problem with that. Just make sure it's unrefined C6H1206! That's the important thing. It gives those cookies a certain... how do you say, character. (And leave a few for Santa Claus, too, will ya'? ;-)
