Glory girl, this is BBC anti-American spin. Generic quotes of scientists refering to some individual or group are interspersed with quotes about rogue agents and now CIA by the ax-grinding activist crowd. There's also interesting stuff here two, but IMO harmed by cites to Rosenberg. She has changed her speculations and I would think be the last person anybody in the govt. would contact.

Anthrax by mail is not a big secret. Jeez, there's spy novels on the stuff, just as with crashing planes into buildings.

But who knows? If we look to a one American scientist theory could it be...Ms. Rosenberg herself???

She remains me of arsonists who get caught because they can't stay away after torching a building. This entire story revolves around her. Every few weeks, she pops up with more "new" information which has no basis in fact and reiterates what she has been saying for months.
