No is right - they're rewarded (re-elected) for bringing home the pork. Why should Georgia, Alabama, New York or any other state fund the "Big Dig" in Boston? Over 14 BILLION dollars of our money, for a project that could not possibly benefit anyone other than a Bostonian. That's PORK.
