The idea would be to have a sixty-day window before election day to put your vote up on the master computer, along with your name and SSN over a modem. Then anybody on the planet could check up on any possible allegation of fraud. Very simple; anything else is almost too complicated to work.

That's true if you want 100% verifiability. But that is not needed. All you have to do is arrest enough fraudsters to deter the rest. If enough illegal immigrants are in jeopardy of being sent home, the union thugs that corral these people and take them to vote will have a harder time. Raise the costs high enough and it stops working.
