And one more cop available to follow up on election fraud complaints. In business this is known as "opportunity cost." We know the Drug War has a direct cost of about $50B per year. It also damn near cost the election last time, and you can figure that if drug interdiction were not such a preoccupation, we might have caught a few terrorists before they had a chance to kill so many Americans on 9/11. Stop the Drug War and start doing real law enforcement work.
