Bush is complicit in this, he has done nothing to prosecute the many crimes, including war crimes of the Clinton administration, why? Perhaps because our two party system is in reality nothing more than a corrupt duopoly?

"Bush is complicit in this, he has done nothing to prosecute the many crimes, including war crimes of the Clinton administration, why?" Because he doesn't have to waste political capital on a has-been scumbag like Klink. The law will catch up with him sooner or later, either in the form of his very-own appointed Mary Jo White, or the Devil himself. Or somewhere in between. I wouldn't be surprised to see him arrested for something shady, sleazy or down right murderous SINCE he's been President. Don't worry, Clinton will rot in Hell in the worst possible way, and he's already secretly worrying about it. Best let him stew.
