Ken Starr to lead court battle against CFR

There are enough "frivolous" and circuitous court decisions to cloud any issue. I agree with the concept of lower courts being "required" to follow "higher" court opinions. Even this is limited to the appellate level within their own circuits. But as afar as the Supreme Court being required to follow its own prior decisions, there may have been a time when that was alright. But their prior opinions are what has virtually destroyed most of current Constitutional protections. The Supreme Court would be well served to read their own prior decisions as long as they re-read the Constitution and then overturn most of prior decisions.

Not only do we need TERM LIMITS for members of Congress, we need TERM LIMITS for members of the federal judiciary as well. The founders made two glaring mistakes, slavery and a failure to impose term limits on Congress and the judiciary. I personally believe we are very near the end of the Unites States as a nation. I don't think we will have a presidential election in the year 2016. Our noble experiment will end in failure directly related to these two mistakes.

And for what it is worth, I hope to play an integral role in bringing about an end to the monstrosity that the United States has become. I want my freedom back. And I don't the US has any intention of turning back the clock. If one state secedes prior to the end of this decade, I hope that I deserve some of the credit. But regardless of how effective the secessionists among us are, the beast will collapse from its own corruptions and excesses before the 2016 elections can take place. There simply isn't enough wealth to support it. You cannot continue to consume your capital and survive. Ponzi schemes compound until they fail. Social Security and Medicare are time bombs that will destroy the fabric of the country. And there will not be a shot fired unless the US attacks the seceding states. Frankly, I think that will be unlikely. Most political leaders will react just as the Kremlin commissars did, they knew the jig was finally up. Why fight the inevitable and spill untold quantities of blood fighting a losing battle. So it will be in this country as well.
