Starr couldn't lead his way out of a paper bag. I didn't think the news about this could get worse. Now I know the fix is in.

This case calls for a tiger to defend our freedoms, especially our First Amendment rights. We get namby pamby Ken Starr. When DC sees how easily this goes down in flames, the Second Amendment is next.

Yep, you can count on that. But the real trick will be how do you disarm all gun owners at once? Once the word is out, hopefully the non-sheeple will revolt.

Could they have chosen a more incompetent person to 'lead' this? We all saw his track record with the Klinton's. I'm not impressed, and a little concerned.

During the Monica scandals, I don't think Starr lost a court case, especially when it came to those parts that went to SCOTUS.

IOW, he didn't lose in court of a law, he lost in the court of public opinion.

No, this calls for a top-notch constitutional lawyer, and that is Ken Starr. If you weren't so much in thrall to James Carville, you would remember that.

Even though I believe Starr dropped the ball as Independent Counsel, he is a very astute constitutional lawyer with much experience before the Supreme Court. Plus they are obviously on the right side of the argument. This seems like a slam dunk to me.

But hopefully the Supreme Court will recognize the constitutional issues and overturn the law. If they are as glaringly apparent as everyone here says, they will.
