LOL. I thought that too. I have a little different opinion than some, however. Floyd Abrams is not going to side with a loser - HE must think this is a winner.

I do wish Mark Levin would get a shot at this; I would PAY to hear the arguments.

Besides being a big deal expensive lawyer, he is considered one the the leaders of the free speech left. This case will probably also involve the ACLU, the NRA, and Jay Sekulow, among many others, filing amicus briefs against this unconstitutional nonsense.

Mark Levin is terrific, but he does not have the right temperament for this case at the US Supremes.

Everyone should keep in mind the jurisdiction in which this final battle will be fought. Starr has superb experience in federal courts, especially the Supreme Court.
