.....anyone who is exposed to Top Secret Material or above, must pass a background check, a lie detector test, and must do the loyalty oath before he/she/it is exposed to any data Top Secret or above. Then it is on a strict Need to Know Basis. This is done before any exposure, and the candidate must pass all three parameters with no ?'s re their responses. Anyone caught leaking Top Secret or above information goes to jail! If serious harm to our nation, our service people or our population occurs due to the leak, the leaker should be tried for treason/murder and if found guilty, shot!

No, not like John Wayne. Just the way our top secrets used be guarded before the late 1960's and early 70's.

There are a few of us on this board who had high clearances and knew/know how to keep secrets as secrets.

However, having a John Wayne as secretary of state, might be a great thing.
