Why don't we get into negotiations with Belize? Freepers will come to town, upgrade their infrastructure (information technology, utilities, and so forth), in exchange for a 'sovereign' section of land (similar to the Mennonites in Belize) and a few of those GORGEOUS cayes off the coast.
