We'd have to schedule time shares with the island. Libertarians can have it on alternate weeks, and the other weeks we would have to hire cleanup crews, pollution and litter control specialists, drug rehabilitation therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, repairmen, and undertakers to clean up the mess which the irresponsible ideologues always leave behind. We can call it Bureaucratopia.
