"re 35 The legal term for what your were discussing is statutory rape." It is staturory rape if the sexual act is consented to by the adolescent. It is rape if the act is involuntary.

"But the fact is, beginning in the 60s we saw the rate of serious mental disorder multiply by a factor of five to ten. It's a result of the conscienceless morality."That increase in mental disorders could very well be proportional and attributable to the exponential increase in population experienced during that decade.
Which has little or no connection to morality whatsoever.
Unless one were to believe there were no mental disorders prior to then?
Beyond absurd.

"
'For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction' is true not just in physics but also on sociology.'"

I think its entirely in the realm to prosecute this guy for conspiracy. My recollection is that NAMBLA is currently charged with this in MA and maybe another state for their materials they propagated on "how to rape a child".

Thanks for clarifying. So my kid(s) and my money won't go to a) University of Missouri-Kansas City for having this guy on faculty or b) Univ. of MN for publishing this c.r.a.p.

"I believe you are correct. So you are saying some of these "victims" engaged voluntarilly?" Not at all, I was just defining terms.
To: moneyrunner
I believe some of them were forced and some participated willingly (statuatory rape).

In an interview, the book's author, journalist Judith Levine, praised the Rind study as evidence that "doesn't line up with the ideology that it's always harmful for kids to have sexual relationships with adults." Well, I line up with the ideology that says it's always right to harm any adult who attempts to have sexual relationships with my kids.
