That increase in mental disorders could very well be proportional and attributable to the exponential increase in population experienced during that decade.

I think its entirely in the realm to prosecute this guy for conspiracy. My recollection is that NAMBLA is currently charged with this in MA and maybe another state for their materials they propagated on "how to rape a child".

Well, I line up with the ideology that says it's always right to harm any adult who attempts to have sexual relationships with my kids.
