I'm speechless. WHEN IS THIS INSANITY GOING TO END? When are people going to rise up and bring government to task for this abrogation of basic freedoms? What's next: refusing to hire the overweight or the diabetic or those who suffer depression? I am sick to death of this!

Oh, and I also find it outrageous that they may require people to take a test to determine that they're not smoking off hours. Absolutely unbelievable.

If they refused to hire people that used drugs, the ACLU would be all over this.

City officials defended the anti-smoking measure...

I wonder what would happen if we lined up EVERY city official and made them piss in a cup and take a drug test.

Surely they would defend that.

WHEN IS THIS INSANITY GOING TO END?

When WE start running the rascals out of town naked. Not until then, and not anyone else. WE are the only ones who give a damn.
