If only we had a law which said that if members of congress knowingly violate the constitution, they are subject to the full penalties thereof. It would be more than interesting to know how many of the congress critters knew thay were in violation of the constitution.

I guarantee every single person who voted in favor of this bill, and the person who signed it into law, know that it is unconstitutional. But they also know they can count on the "party-before-principles" crowd to support them no matter what the hell they do.
